The period of warranty is twelve {12} months after delivery
If during the guarantee period, any part of the supply is found defective, damaged or incomplete wholly or partly or not in conformity with the specification of the contract because of the poor workmanship or materials, ETD will promptly carry out remedial measures to correct any defect with no charge to the customer. 

 Besides, ETD Crane supplies maintenance and repair services for crane if it is out of warranty period. We make ensure that each Hoist and Crane will be restored the best with shortest possible time by our technicians who are trained by Hitachi factory and ETD Crane
